You can book your classes via the mindbody app

There are 3 class payment options for you to choose from. 
 

• 1 single session £12 ( This has a 4 week expiry date )

• 5 block pass @ £50 ( This has a 9 week expiry date )

• 10 block pass @ £90 ( This has a 12 week expiry date )

 
Please call, or email me should you require any help with booking your classes.
 
If you do not have access to the app, or online booking, please contact me so I can book your classes on your behalf.
 
Classes cancelled within the agreed cancellation period will be added back onto your pass.  24 hours must be given for class cancellations. Non attendance cannot be refunded.

 

Please bring your own mat along to each class. You may also benefit from a foam block and a pilates overball. Please contact me for more information on equipment.
 

1 hour personal training:  £40.00
Course of 5 personal training sessions:  £190.00

Courses must be pre-paid in advance to take advantage of the discount available, and sessions booked as a block of 5 regular weekly bookings. 24 hours notice will be required if you are unable to fulfil a confirmed appointment.

Theres is an additional £5.00 per session travel charge applied for personal training at your home address.
